On 23 May 2019, thousands of EU citizens living in the UK were denied their vote in the European Elections.

Many of you may have filled in our initial form at the3million.org.uk/DeniedMyVote.

After advice from our legal team, we are now going ahead with proceedings against the Government, and so we would kindly ask you for some more specific information.  The information may also benefit any enquiries that are held in the UK or the EU.

Please only fill in this form if:

*  you are are resident in the UK, and
*  you are a non-British EU citizen (or a dual British-EU citizen who was registered on the electoral roll as an EU citizen), and
*  you wanted to vote for a UK MEP in the European Elections 2019, and
*  you were denied your vote, or you were initially denied your vote and you subsequently managed to convince the polling station or your electoral officer to let you vote after all
