Clayton Ridge Soccer Club - 2024
SPRING 2024 SESSION   $10 DUE Tuesday April 9th
- This form will register your child (current 2nd-7th grade) for the spring  session only!
- The spring session will include individual and team development led by the high school coaches and players on each of three Sundays beginning April 21. This will not conflict with youth baseball/softball.
- This will also include automatic registration for the YOUTH SOCCER SKILLS CHALLENGE that will take place on Saturday, May 11, where the players will compete to win prizes!
- Fall sessions include a city league with ALL practices/games held in Guttenberg as well as a club traveling league option. Details about the fall sessions will be released in July.
(Registrations for fall grades K-8 will occur in July and summer high school age in May)

COACHING: The spring sessions will be run by high school players and coaches. Parents who are or are even considering coaching a team in the fall are encouraged to observe/learn/help during the spring sessions... this is a perfect opportunity to get more comfortable with the game of soccer. Parent involvement in our youth programs are vital to the success and development of our kids!
I certify that the above named youth has my permission to participate in Clayton Ridge Soccer Club. I hereby accept full responsibility for his/her behavior, participation & insurance coverage. I hereby release all claims of loss and damages against the coaches, Clayton Ridge Youth Sports, Clayton Ridge School and the City of Guttenberg. If my child needs medical attention, it is my wish that the treatment begins while efforts are made to contact me. I hereby consent to any medical procedures that physicians believe are needed, with the understanding that efforts will continue to be made to contact me.
