Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Pomona Valley Juneteenth Jazz & Arts Festival on June 18, 2022.
We strive to offer our attendees a diverse selection of unique and exciting products that they may not be able to purchase elsewhere. Vendors will be admitted based on space availability as well as product distinction.
If you do not have a website where your products/artwork may be viewed, you may wish to submit
photographs, either via email or snail mail. It’s not required, but it would be helpful in making our evaluations
and determining vendor placements.
Price Schedule:
*Corporate Booth - $500
*Food Vendor - $300
*Non-Food Vendor - $250
*Non-profit Sales - $175
*Non-profit Informational - $125
Please note the following important information:
*Vendors may not share booths
*Booth Space (10 X 10)
*Business mention in program book
*Vendors responsible for their own tents/chairs/tables
*Chairs & tables are available to rent for $50 (refundable deposit)
*Pavilion for early reservations (tent)
*Non-pavilion vendor bring own tent
*Fee includes event insurance required by the City of Pomona Permits Dept
*Food and Health Permits required for some vendors
*Cancellations within two weeks of the of the event are non-refundable.
*Payments due in full Friday, June 3, 2022
