The role of the Program Coordinator includes helping to develop and implement curriculum, providing group mentoring in our programs and outreach.

This is a part-time /full -time position averaging 15 - 40 hours per week.

Salary $22-28, depending on experience.

Requirements:

Life experience of being a Young Woman of Color
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Clear a background check with DCYF.
Possess a valid Washington State driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation.
Be able to commute to the office (Lynnwood) as well as to various community centers and schools (Snohomish and King) * Mileage will be Reimbursed
Proficient in Google Workplace
Mentoring experience preferred
