Educational sessions are 45 minutes in length. You must start and end on time.
Educational sessions are to be educational in content. Promotion of services or products is prohibited during your session.
Priority is given to those that complete the session proposal submission on or before the submission deadline.
Notifications will be sent on or before the submission deadline (9/20/19).
You must be able to present anytime during this event.
Rooms are set up in classroom style. If room is rearranged, it must be returned to original layout for the next presenter.
All rooms will have flip charts, markers, and projector/screen.
Computers, adaptors, and handouts are your responsibility.
Transportation to/from conference, delegate fees, and lodging at the conference are the responsibility of the presenter.
