HYROX is joining SobeLIFT at their FREE Yoga & Fitness event on Saturday, September 28th! (Bring a yoga mat)

This will take place on the top floor of the stunning 1111 Lincoln rd structure with the bay and downtown view! The event will consist of SobeLIFTFlow body weight movement & WarriorFlow yoga. Participate or just come to meet & mingle. Giacomo and Carolina Gomiero are the founders of SobeLIFT and Adrian Molina is the founder of WarriorFlow and all 3 will be there hosting and performing at the event!

There will be many local vendors with free swag, food, juices, cryo, massages and much more. LIVE MUSIC ONLY. There will be different amazing local live performers that will guide the vibes of the event with their music sound.

The event is free, but donations are suggested and much appreciated. 100% of donations will go to Silent Victims of Crimes, a Miami non profit charity group that helps local unfortunate kids who’s parents are incarcerated.
