-The nominee, or group, must have given specific, outstanding service to humanity that would not otherwise be widely recognized.  Criteria may include, but is not limited to, extraordinary volunteer efforts, unusual actions to assist another youth or adult, acts of heroism, or actions of a humane nature.  PLEASE LIST SERVICES & HOURS DONATED!!
-If nominee is a resident, the service may have been provided outside of the Glendora community.
-If the nominee is a non-resident of Glendora, the service must have benefited the community of Glendora.

Nominations for the award must be submitted by a community organization, school, church or individual, with a personal recommendation, in writing, to the Youth Award Board Member of Glendora Community Coordinating Council.
