1. Store the information I will provide such as my email, name, year level, contact number and address for documentation purposes.
2. Take pictures of me during the event, some of which may be uploaded on the official PUP JME Facebook page.
3. Use my personal data for this activity only authorized by the University and PUP JME for this academic year 2023-2024.
4. Take appropriate actions under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 should they improperly use the information I have provided.
5. Protect my personal information given the assurance of the University and PUP JME, and to take necessary precautions regarding this matter.
