Rental Terms & Conditions
For booking confirmation, please pay the rental fee and send us a receipt for payment record. Rental payment must be paid in full before or on the day of pick up. Rental deposit must be paid in cash before or on the day of pick up at check out.

Skate at your own risk. Neither the owner, management or any staff of Madame Quad Skate Emporium Ltd, shall be liable for any damages, injuries or accidents caused to any person(s) or third party incidental to the renting of skates.

For hygiene purposes, socks must be worn with rental skates. We recommend knee high or socks above the ankle. Do not skate in the rain or on wet surfaces.

All items listed on the rental agreement must be returned at the drop-off time selected on the sign up form and in the same functioning condition as they were at the time of the rental agreement.  

All items listed on the rental agreement shall be returned within Madame Quad Business Hours.

Failure to return all the items and/or failure to return the items on time will result in HKD $150/set penalty per day, which can be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellations must be requested by the contact person named in this agreement 1 business day prior to the scheduled pick up date for a full amount of refund.
