Grace International School respects the privacy of families and students. Every year, families may indicate their preferences concerning the usage of media (photos, videos, and audio) that may include their child(ren) in promotional materials and/or social media. The usage of media is primarily to promote an awareness of Grace International School for the purpose of recruiting new students, building community for current and former families, and raising potential stakeholders and partners to enable families to serve effectively long-term.

Media used will exclude the mentioning of student full names or families, unless otherwise granted  permission from their parents or guardians.

Families that allow GIS to use media that may contain their child(ren) can ignore this form.

By filling out the form below, we will alert staff and relevant divisions to NOT use media of children on the No-Media List.

재학생들의 개인정보보호를 원하는 가족을 배려하기 위해, 매년 GIS에서는 학교의 SNS계정 및 여러 홍보물에 학생들의 사진, 비디오, 오디오등의 미디어 자료를 쓰는 것에 대해 여러분의 허락을 받고 있습니다. 이렇게 사용되는 미디어 자료는 GIS의 신입생 모집, 재학생과 졸업생 가족 커뮤니티를 다지는 일, GIS의 잠재적인 파트너와 후원자들을 발굴하여 장기적으로 GIS를 섬기도록 하는 일에 쓰입니다.
이름이 직접 언급되는 일은 없으며 불가피하게 필요한 경우 반드시 사전허락을 보호자에게 요청할 것입니다.
학교의 미디어 자료에 자녀가 포함되어도 괜찮은 가족은 제출할 필요가 없으며,  이를 원하지 않는 가족에 한해 제출해 주시면, 학교의 여러 분과와 스탭들에게 알려서 노출되지 않도록 하겠습니다.

恩典国际学校尊重学校家庭和学生的隐私。每年，学校的家庭可能会表明他们关于其子女的媒体影像如照片、视频和录音被使用在宣传资料和社交媒体上的立场。媒体影像的主要用途是为了对外宣传即为了学校招募新生，为就读学生和校友家庭建立交流，拓展潜在的利益相关者和合作伙伴以便能够长期有效地服务学校的家庭。

所使用的媒体影像除非已经获得了家长或是监护人的许可否则不会提及学生的姓名和家庭。

允许学校使用其子女媒体影像的家庭不用填写这份表格。

 通过填写的以下表格，我们将提醒学校工作人员和相关部门不能使用出现在表格名单里面的孩子的媒体影像。
