Dear Parent / Carer

We are looking to recruit a new ‘governor’ to our school’s Academy Committee. We would be very interested in hearing from anyone who can extend our range of committee member’s career backgrounds. For example, we are particularly interested in hearing from anyone from a marketing, finance or HR background.

The committee meets regularly - usually once every half term - with some additional training sessions for all Pele Trust Academy Committee members. Meetings are held in the afternoons, or early evening, and last approximately two hours.

If you would like to express an interest in joining our committee we ask that you read the Pele Trust Code of Conduct for Academy Members and complete the application form which is accessible here by Tuesday 15th March 2022. Please give a brief description of the career background, skills and experience you would offer. We will then form a short list that best fits the school’s needs and meet with those applicants.
