About this Survey: This survey aims to assess perception of well-being across different dimensions of their life, such as physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual, using a 7-point scale. The survey should take roughly 30 minutes.
This survey means to produce a general well-being perception index in accordance with Integral Human Development (IHD). IHD is a framework that aims to promote the well-being and flourishing of every person, in every dimension of their life. It recognizes that human beings are multi-dimensional and complex, and that true development must take into account all aspects of human life. These aspects are broken into 6 types of assets which you will find in sections below.
You will first be asked some optional demographic questions followed by a section for each IHD asset class, in which you will see a statement and are asked to answer to what agree you agree or disagree:
