2024 TWM Finish Festival

*Admission is FREE and open to the public.

*The Post Race Finish Festival expects close to 15,000 athletes and visitors.

*No products may be shown or sold that conflict with exclusive sponsors.

Exhibit Booth Information:

  • 10’x10’ booth includes one 6’ table and two chairs. 
  • 10’x20’ and above booths include two 6’ tables and four chairs.  

  • Set up for this event will be Friday, March 1, 2024, 8am-6pm 

  • Breakdown for this event will be Saturday, March 2, 2024, 2-5pm

  • No cancellations after February 20, 2024

  • Booth payments are due by February 15, 2024. 

  • No Refunds

Terms and Conditions:

Exhibitor agrees to have booth set up on Saturday, March 2nd by 7:30am and removed no later than 4pm on Saturday, March 2nd.  Exhibitor agrees to have booth staffed during the entire finish festival and to comply with the 2024 Legacy Capital The Woodlands Marathon Finish Festival rules provided to the exhibitor.  All exhibitor products and signage must fit within booth space.  Exhibits must not block other booths or walkways.  Event management reserves the right to remove inappropriate or obstructive displays.  Use of exhibit space by two or more companies is not permitted.  Event management reserves the right to reject, restrict or remove any exhibit.  Exhibitor agrees that Event management may change the space assignments.  The Woodlands Marathon Management reserves the right to cancel the Finish Festival at any time and in such event, The Woodlands Marathon Management will return the Exhibitor’s fee.
