This survey will form part of the research component for a master’s thesis project being conducted by Lourens Venter.

The goal of this study is to examine the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has made on team dynamics, mental health and well being of people that are employed in the hospitality sector. The results of this study will inform future studies that examine the impact of such global events.
