2024 Sunflower Festival Artist/Craftsperson Application & Agreement

FESTIVAL DATE: Saturday, August 24, 2024, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: July 1, 2024, at midnight.

LOCATION: Mountainair, NM 
  • Main Street in front of The Shaffer Hotel
  • Ripley Avenue between Main and Broadway
  • Monte Alto Plaza on Main Street, across from the Shaffer Hotel, Mountainair
  • Mustang Square on Broadway and Summit, Mountainair

Applications are due July 1, 2024 to be reviewed for acceptance to the festival. A jury will select the applications for the festival, and those accepted will be notified to pay.  The number of exhibitors will be limited to 50, and all booths will be outside.

TO APPLY:
  • Complete the online form below
  • Submit 3 images of your artwork that reflect works to be exhibited. Submit by:
                          - uploading LINKS to your images on the application page
                          - emailing images to mmacevents@gmail.com 
                          - mailing a hard copy application with photos to:

NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FRIDAY, JULY 1, 2024–NO EXCEPTIONS

Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email or phone by July 15, 2024.
Upon acceptance into the festival, booth fee is due by July 31 through PayPal link or mail.
No refunds after July 31, 2024

Manzano Mountain Art Council (MMAC) retains the right to cancel the festival one week prior to August 24th.  In the event of festival cancellation, payments will be refunded.
