Join us! Reenactors participating in the Civil War School Day may begin to set up on Thursday, September 26. Others may begin set up September 27nd after 3 pm and take down will be after 3 pm on Sunday, September 29th.
Civil War Days will be open to the public on Saturday, September 28 from 10 to 4 pm with Candlelight tours from 6pm - 8 pm and Sunday, September 29 from 10 am to 4 pm. Please read the Waiver and Rules and Responsibilities to learn more about this year's program.
While you are not required to register to advance, registration makes it much easier on staff and unit planning. Upon arrival at Civil War Days, each unit will receive a registration packet, which will include:

Thursday, September 26:
Camp Setup for School Day participants anytime after 3pm.
Friday, September 27:
School Day: 9am- 2pm.
Camp Setup: BEGINS AFTER 3 PM on Friday, September 27. Re-enactors and sutlers must park their vehicles in specified re-enactor parking lots. Parking vehicles in a hidden area “behind the trees” or anywhere else on-site is not allowed. Parking at the far north end of the battlefield is NOT allowed! Do not leave your car parked on any gravel road!
Reenactor Social in the Saloon from 7-10pm
Paper waiver forms can be found in the saloon, for those not able to register online.
Saturday, September 28:
Officers meeting—10 am
Please remove your car by 9 am to the parking lot.
The grounds are open to the public from 10 to 4 pm. The battle will take place at 1:00 pm.
Candlelight tours from 6pm-8pm
A dance will be held in a tent between the Saloon and the Cheese Factory from 7 to 10 pm. Beverages and snacks will be available.
Sunday, September 29:
Officers meeting—10 am
Scout Sunday! Any Scout in uniform will receive free admission.
The grounds are open to the public from 10 am to 3 pm. Battle reenactment at 1 pm.
Take Down BEGINS AT 3 PM. Vehicles will not be allowed into the camp areas until 3pm on Sunday.
