Travel and Lodging Scholarship Application

The Jim Warren Networking Fund provides a stipend for travel and lodging to staff at NC Science Network Member Institutions who may not otherwise have the funds to attend a NC Science Network Event. Awards range from $200 - $500 per person, made payable to the recipient's institution at the conclusion of the event. 

Priority will be given to institutions who: 
  1. Are not normally in a position to afford to send a representative to a NC Science Network event. 
  2. Are physically located a signifiant distance from the event location. 
The NC Science Network endeavors to make the annual meeting as inclusive and accessible as possible. Individuals who are new to the museum profession and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) are highly encouraged to apply.
