OHPCA  Tai Chi at O'Hair Park

This Chinese martial art form is great for beginners who want to start slowly. It may look easy, but don’t be fooled—you will get a workout! 

Adults, help us be environmentally conscious and please bring your own refillable containers for water as there is a functioning water fountain near the restrooms.

WEATHER: We will cancel classes in the event of lightning, heavy rain, or heat above 90 degrees. We will try to reschedule. Please call or text Joyce Daniel (313-516-5720) for any concerns.
