Project Human Inc. (PHInc) is committed to empowering individuals and supporting mental and emotional wellbeing in our community. As part of our ongoing efforts, we are conducting a survey to gauge public awareness and understanding of the 988 and 211 helplines.
The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is a new, nationwide phone number for individuals experiencing mental health crises, including thoughts of suicide, emotional distress, or substance abuse issues.
The 211 service, operated by United Way, provides information and referrals for various social services, including mental and physical health resources.
Your participation in this survey will help us better tailor our advocacy, education, and informational campaigns to meet the community's needs.
Disclaimer: Please note that we at PHInc are not medical professionals. We are a peer-to-peer advocacy group aiming to support and educate the community. If you or someone you know needs immediate medical or mental health assistance, please reach out to professional services immediately.
Thank you for participating in our survey. Your responses are invaluable in helping us understand community needs and perceptions regarding these critical support services. At PHInc, we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to the mental health resources they need.
Your input will guide our future initiatives and advocacy efforts.
