The City of Harrisburg is seeking volunteers to help plant new street trees this fall. All trees are large bare root trees about 8-10 feet tall, lightweight and easily lifted.
If signing up more than one person, please complete the form for each individual. Please provide name and cell phone number or email address where they can be reached for further details about the event. The information will be used for purposes of this planting only, and will not be shared. If signing up family members, there is no need to enter a phone number for each person.
* The primary planting event will be on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Forty-five (45) new street trees will be planted in the 1800 block of Forster and Briggs Streets, and in the 800 and 900 blocks of N 18th Street.

PLANTING TIME: 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
* If you are not available on Friday or Saturday, but could help on Sunday, October 30, please complete the form indicating your availability, and you will be contacted directly. An additional 25 street trees are being planted by residents in the Bellevue Park and Shipoke neighborhoods, and additional volunteer help would be greatly appreciated.
