Hello! We hope you are doing well and looking forward to staying connected with you! Our chapter wants to reach out to our past alumni to learn how you guys have adjusted to life and your post-graduation career. Below is the official SHPE Alumni Contacts form to keep all past SHPE General Body Members informed of our recent activities and upcoming events. We're excited to keep you in the loop on what we’ve done, and with that, we’ll need some information from you below.

This information gathered will be used on our alumni page for our website and so we can contact you for a future Alumni Reunion! We would love the opportunity for our general body to see what SHPE has done for others and to learn from you guys. In addition, please reach out to any SHPE alumni from your year, and please ask them to fill out this same form. We want to reach out to as many people as possible and appreciate your help!
