Fees and Cancellation Policy: I understand that a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure my registration in this course. Cancellation policy: A full refund (less $250 non-refundable deposit) will be provided with written notice of cancellation received on or before December 15, 2021. We will provide a 50% refund with written notice of cancellation received after December 15, 2021 and up to and including January 15, 2022. We are unable to issue a refund for cancellation requests that are received after January 15, 2022. *
