Please fill out the form ASAP as it gives us an idea of team numbers. Even if you don't have the 8 player team minimum yet, fill out the form in order to secure a spot for your team. Teams must have at least 4 male-matching players and 4 female-matching players all with USAU memberships. All players must be from the same school and multiple teams per school are allowed.

To roster your team, the team captain has to create a team under their USAU account and then join the event. Deadline to roster your team is NOVEMBER 25th.
