Tidewater Council ROVERS

Rovers are young adults, ages 21 through 34. We like adventure, we enjoy the outdoors, we care about giving back to our community, we support local Scouting, and we have fun together.

Our mission is to equip and engage young adults in service and fellowship in all they do, centered around the guiding principles of the BSA.
