There are different types of strategies we can use to motivate ourselves, including:
1. Strategies to help us stick to our goals;
2. Strategies to improve and manage our learning environment;
3. Strategies to monitor/control our concentration, and avoid distractions;
4. Strategies to add interest/attraction to our tasks, and stop getting bored; and
5. Strategies to manage our emotions and promote positive feelings.
This survey helps us to think about 24 motivational strategies we can use when working towards our goals.
