How to fill in the online course selection form

There are three sections to this form, please complete ALL THREE.
Placement in our school is based on matching your educational needs to the courses we offer.
If you are not currently a student at THESTUDENTSCHOOL your application must be approved before we can offer you a spot.

New students make sure to fill out all parts of the online registration package on our school website, thestudentschool.org.
In addition you need to submit a transcript or credit counselling summary and other documents to our guidance office before we can confirm your registration.

We only offer courses at the grade 11 and 12 levels, if you have not completed grade 10 you may not be able to attend, please contact the school before registering. Contact lisa.white@tdsb.on.ca

The TDSB requires all students attending secondary schools be enrolled in a quadmester course model and be placed in one of two Cohorts. We have changed our course selection form to reflect this.
