SEP REMO Pack Request Form

For SEP teachers that would like to request a REMO Pack - a small version of a Kit with all the resources needed to demonstrate skills to students in a remote setting. REMO packs are not intended to be distributed to students, but are designed so a teacher can demonstrate lab protocols or modeling activities in a virtual environment.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your request.

NOTE: Your request is not final until you receive a confirmation email from us that includes the SPECIFIC date and time of your pick up and drop off of the items.

Teachers are assigned a two-week period for use of the packs. Please see our website for our Curbside Pick Up/Drop Off and Teacher Pack Sanitization policies. Curbside Pick Up/Drop Off is only available from 9-5 on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In an effort to keep you and our staff and interns safe and healthy, if you or anyone in your household are experiencing symptoms PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP YOUR MATERIALS and contact us to reschedule. If you have already picked up your materials, please hold on to them and contact us immediately so we can reschedule teachers signed up to use those items after you. If you begin to experience symptoms up to a week after you return your kit please let us know.

If you would like the activities for the micropipette kit we currently do not have a REMO pack for that kit but all of the materials needed are provided through the Gel Electrophoresis REMO Pack.

Please order that REMO pack and specify it is for the M4M (Measure for Measure) protocol.
