Welcome to Circus Ipswich TERM 4. This enrolment form is for our Umbrella Circus Program.

This term is a 9 week term (16th October - 11th December) and term fees are $360

After you have completed this form, we will be in touch for you class time.

We will invoice you on receipt of your enrolment form. Payment is required prior to the start of term 4.
