Welcome to Happy Kids Therapy Summer Camps! This year we are offering a variety of themed camps for you to choose from. All camps are led by licensed occupational therapists at our clinic located in Waxhaw, NC.

*All camps are for attendees ages 4 and up.

Music & Dance Camp - June 10-13 & July 22-25 from 9am-1pm

Come move and grove while building your coordination, balance, and attention. Get ready for fun, twirls, and cool moves. If your kid is having a hard time moving their bodies, focusing, and practicing social skills this camp is for them!

Social Skills Camp - June 17-20 & July 8-11 from 9am-1pm

DISNEY Camp: come play and learn with daily activities from your kids' favorite Disney movies! - June 17-20

ZOO Camp: from lions, tigers, and bear your kid will explore and learn with their favorite zoo animals from the land to the sea! - July 8-11

*Each group will address fine motor skills, visual motor/perception, sensory processing, and food science.

Food Explorers Camp - June 24-27 & July 15-18 from 9am-1pm

Food Explorers Camp is a 4--day hands-on camp that will use the basic tenets and concepts of the Sensory-Oral-Sequential (SOS) Approach in order to:

1. Provide a safe and fun way to learn about novel fruits, vegetables, proteins, and starches.
2. Increase your child's comfort to pick up, learn, and taste novel foods.
3. Provide family/caregivers effective strategies to improve food experiences at home.

Camp Policies

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Camp participants will be enrolled as clients of Happy Kids Therapy and will be asked to sign the necessary consent forms for liability coverage. An account will be set up for new camp registrants only. Existing clients may be asked to sign updated forms. These forms will be sent via our secure EMR program, Simple Practice.

COSTS
The total cost of the camp is $375/week which includes the cost of food and materials needed.
$75 non-refundable registration fee is due upon time of sign-up.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or credit card.
**If credit card is chosen, credit card information will be kept on file and will be charged for amount as stated above.
