HOW TO REGISTER
*By completing this form, you have pre-registered for the tournament
*Guests can register day of at the Baggo® Tent on the infield between 11am – noon.
*Entry fee is $50 per 2-person team at check-in.
*Each participant will sign a Rules Waiver at check-in.

TOURNAMENT
*Tournament is a double elimination style bracket
*Each team must consist of 2 players.
*Each team will be provided with an online link to monitor the bracket and check for their position.
*Tournament is a standard bracket style.
*Tournament will begin at 12:30pm and conclude with a final team winner.
*Baggo® rules will be determined by the Baggo® tournament vendor.
*Only Official BAGGO Tournament Equipment supplied by BAGGO, will be used for the use of this tournament (No outside / personal bags or equipment)

1st place $1500
2nd place $750
3rd place $500
4th place $250

MISCELLANEOUS
Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received. Winners may be required to complete a
W9 form prior to receiving their prize. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. Oaklawn
has the right at its discretion to award that prize to another entrant. No prize substitution by the winner is permitted. No purchase necessary. By
participation, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void.
Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort may request and/or require winners to complete and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as a condition
of accepting any prize package. By participating in this promotion, participants are giving consent for their image to be recorded for use in any and
all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. Oaklawn, whose decisions are final, administer contest and prize drawings. Guest must show
valid, unexpired, acceptable ID to participate and receive prizes.
