1969 yılından beri gençler arasında ayırım yapmaksızın, 16-30 yaş grubu arasındaki istekli gençlere kendilerini geliştirmeleri için olanaklar sunuyor.
Gençlerin çağın teknoloji ve imkanlarını kullanarak öncelikle kendilerini ve yeteneklerini geliştirmelerini, ülke ve insanlığa yararlı bireyler olmalarını sağlamayı, dünya gençlerini bir araya getirerek sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerde bulunarak diğer kültürler ile olan iletişimlerini de güçlendirmek ve sosyal gelişimlerini sağlamayı amaçlıyor. Bireysel ve proje bazlı burslar, Avrupa Birliği Gönüllü Hizmetleri projeleri, kültürler arası gençlik değişim programları, yabancı dil, sinema, tiyatro, konser gibi sanatsal ve kültürel faaliyetler; dağcılık, yelken, kayak gibi spor faaliyetleri; fotoğrafçılık, çevre gezileri, müzeler, sergiler, konserler gibi kültürel aktiviteler; yerel ve uluslararası proje ve etkinlikleri yürütüyor ve gençlerden gelecek yeni proje ve etkinlik fikirlerine maddi ve sosyal destekler sağlıyor.

Uluslararası Doğaçlama Dans Festivali,
Doğaçlama kavramının dans ve performans sanatlarıyla ilişkilenmesine odaklanan bir festivaldir. Festival yerel ve uluslararası işbirliklerini, yeni eser üretimini, dans alanındaki teori ve arşivleme çalışmalarının geliştirilmesini hedefler.
Hem profesyonel, hem de amatör topluluk ve dansçıların katılabileceği etkinlikler düzenlemektedir. Dans aracılığıyla gençlerin, engelli bireyler ve farklı bedenlerin kültür ve sanat etkinliklerine katılımını arttırmayı, hedeflemektedir.
Festival boyunca mekanlarımızda, teknik ekipte ve sanatçılarla birlikte çalışacak takım arkadaşlarımızı arıyoruz.
- Teknik Gönüllük için daha önce ışık, ses, dekor, kostüm, video, fotoğraf, sahne önü ve arkasında deneyimi olan veya bu konuda deneyim kazanmak isteyen kişilere öncelik verilecektir.
- Yabancı Sanatçıların asistanlığında ise İngilizce bilme şartı aranmaktadır.
Herkesin katılımına açık olan gönüllü ekibimizde sizi de aramızda görmekten mutluluk duyarız. Seçilen gönüllülere festival boyunca atölye ve performansları takip edebilecekleri ücretsiz festival girişi sağlanacaktır.

Yücel Cultural Foundation,Since 1969, it has been providing opportunities for young people between the ages of 16-30 to develop themselves without discriminating between young people.
It aims to enable young people to develop themselves and their talents by using the technology and opportunities of the age, to become individuals who are beneficial to the country and humanity, to strengthen their communication with other cultures and to ensure their social development by bringing together the youth of the world and engaging in social and cultural activities. It provides individual and project-based scholarships, European Union Voluntary Service projects, intercultural youth exchange programs, artistic and cultural activities such as foreign language, cinema, theater, concerts; sports activities such as mountaineering, sailing, skiing; cultural activities such as photography, environmental trips, museums, exhibitions, concerts; local and international projects and activities and provides financial and social support to new project and activity ideas from young people.
www.yucelkulturvakfi.org International Improvisational Dance Festival,The festival focuses on the concept of improvisation in relation to dance and performance arts. The festival aims to foster local and international collaborations, the production of new works, and the development of theory and archiving in the field of dance.
It organizes events for both professional and amateur ensembles and dancers. It aims to increase the participation of young people, people with disabilities and different bodies in cultural and artistic activities through dance.
We are looking for teammates to work in our venues, in the technical team and with the artists during the festival.
- For Technical Volunteering, priority will be given to those who have previous experience in lighting, sound, decor, costumes, video, photography, front and backstage or who want to gain experience in this field.
- For the assistantship of Foreign Artists, knowledge of English is required.
We would be happy to see you among us in our volunteer team, which is open to everyone. Selected volunteers will be provided with a free festival entrance where they can follow the workshops and performances throughout the festival.
