I apply for membership of the Rugby Sailing Club and undertake that any boat sailed on club waters will be insured against Third Party risks, and to comply with the Club rules and byelaws. I note that the club may hold my personal details on a computer system, but these will not be divulged to any third party without my full knowledge and consent. Parents and guardians are warned that the club is only able to provide rescue facilities during the hours of club racing and formal training. Outside these hours parents and guardians have sole responsibility for their children and wards and must appreciate that the club cannot be expected to exercise supervision or control. Even during club racing the club cannot accept responsibility for children or any other persons.
