Please complete the following form for initial Pre-K and Kindergarten registration with Van Buren County Schools.

*PRE-K REGISTRATION:
-If you are registering for Pre-K you MUST fill out the "Application to Determine Income Eligibility for the Voluntary Pre-K Program" that is found at this link on the school website: https://5il.co/fh6f

-If you are unsure if you meet eligibility for VPK, please reference the following eligibility guidelines document: https://5il.co/fh66

-If you need a printed copy you may pick one up from the board of education central office on Mondays or Thursdays.

-You MUST turn in your completed forms to the central office as soon as possible in order for your child's eligibility to be determined.
