Urban Air Field Trip

If your students are interested in traveling to Newnan, Georgia on May 22nd to play at Urban Air, please fill out the following field trip form. The field trip is $20 per student.

10:00-12:00 Urban Air!

12:15 Depart Urban Air

1:10 Arrive at CJHS

Cost for all students is $20. This will pay for Urban Air socks for each jumper, a slice of pizza per jumper and a fountain soda per jumper. There is a Café on site that serves a selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase.

Please submit this permission form as soon as possible along with $20. Payments may be cash, check (written out to CJHS Band), or on Revtrak under the “anonymous donation” with your student’s first and last name along with “Urban Air Field Trip” on it.
