Please use this form to request an extension of your Level I IFT Paid package till November 2021, if:

1) Your June and December 2020 exams were canceled
-or-
2) You have requested CFA Inst. for a deferment of your exam to 2021

Notes:
-You may be asked to provide proof of the above
-Requests received by 4th December will be processed Free of Charge
-Requests received after the above date will be processed subject to an extension fee of $50
