Calling all singing alums & friends of ASFA! Come be a part of one of the most powerful and recognizable choral works ever composed, Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, May 12-13, 2023!

The music will be amplified by locally loved vocal soloists (Cathy Spence, Dr. Patrick Evans and Dr. Roderick George), pianists Dr. Lucy DeSa and alumnus Smith Williams, and guest vocalists like you! Join us as we come together to put on a show-stopping performance, and fill out the form below.

Carmina Burana Rehearsal Schedule

Sunday, May 7: 2 – 6 pm, ASFA Recital Hall. All extra singers/alums/guests rehearsal and gathering.

Monday, May 8: 1:50 – 3:30 pm, ASFA Recital Hall. Rehearsal with ASFA Students, alumni/guests are welcome to join in.

Tuesday, May 9: 6 pm, DJD Theater. Rehearsal with full choir, two pianos and percussion.

Thursday, May 11: 6 pm, DJD Theater. Final dress rehearsal.

Friday, May 12: 5:30 pm warm up, 7 pm performance, DJD Theater.

Saturday, May 13: 5:30 pm warm up, 7 pm performance, DJD Theater.
