Each year, Hagen History Center recognizes individuals who, through their own efforts, have contributed to the advancement of Erie History. Individuals and organizations are encouraged to nominate individuals they believe deserve special recognition. Submissions are due by 5pm on Friday June 30th.

Media Award: In recognition of outstanding and successful efforts to increase public awareness and appreciation of the history of Erie County by any branch of media.

Historic Preservation Award: In recognition of significant contributions in the field of historic preservation made by both individuals and/or organizations.

Local History Award: Given to someone or organization for outstanding contributions to the promotion, understanding or preservation of local history.

Education Award: In recognition of significant contributions in the field of historic education made by both individuals and/or organizations.

Volunteer of the Year Award: In recognition of a volunteer who made significant contributions of time, energy and/or creativity in encouraging interest in and support of the Hagen History Center.
