Who Are We?
Visit us at www.npien.com.

• Founded in 2001, we are a nonprofit organization that supports Pacific Islander students in their pursuit of higher education. Only one out of ten Pacific Islanders graduate from college, making your support very significant.
• We organize an annual education conference, mentoring/guest speaker visits to schools, a resource website for parents, students, and teachers, and a student scholarship and internship program to educate and inspire our students on how to go to college.
• We have chapters in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego County, Northern California, Ventura County, California Inland Empire, California, the Midwest, the Eastern States, Texas, Utah and the Pacific Islands.

What Have We Done Lately?
• We have awarded $50,000 in scholarships to middle school, high school and college students.
• Our Mentoring/Guest Speaker Program takes place from March to June. NPIEN Members have spoken in classrooms, at lunch assemblies, and after-school programs, and this year virtually and in-person. 1,000 students annually.
• We will host the 22nd  Annual NPIEN Education Conference which will take place in October 28, 2023. Over 4,000 students, educators and community members have attended.
• We have recognized 70 educators for their outstanding contributions for our Pacific Islander students.
