Your Board of Directors met on July 29, 2020 to approve this emergency resolution and to present to the members of the Association for its approval.  In order to vote, our by-laws require that only those members that of 18 years or older may vote.


WHEREAS, due to state and local mandates and emergency circumstances precipitated by the Covid-19 pandemic, SCA USATF will be unable to conduct its elections at its 2020 Annual Meeting as prescribed by its bylaws. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the membership hereby extends the terms of all officers, board members, and other elected positions up for election at the 2020 Annual Meeting to the 2021 Annual Meeting, at which time elections shall take place for these positions. The terms of all persons elected in 2021 under this resolution shall be calculated as if they commenced at the 2020 Annual Meeting.
