Free Community Stall Application Form -          Pride Cymru 2024 
These free community stalls are for those community groups, small charities and grassroots organisations that do not have the resources to be able to have a presence on our market stall area. This opportunity is not open to business or retail applications.

To apply for one of the free community stalls spaces at Pride Cymru 2024, please complete this form in full by the end of day Sunday 21st April 2024.

There are a limited amount of free community stalls available. The successful groups/organisations will be selected from the applications by the Pride Cymru Trustees after the deadline date.

The Community Stall space includes one stall space area – this includes structure, table, chairs & 5 market wristbands to allow access across the event weekend. 
The stall is for both the Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd June 2024. 
This year's event will again be held at Cardiff Castle & Castle Mews.
Please note you will be responsible for providing your own Public Liability Insurance, a copy of this will need to be submitted before the event in order for you to attend. You will also need to provide a risk assessment in advance of the event.
