Duluth Public Schools is embarking on a strategic planning process. This process will allow the district to develop an up-to-date operational plan and provide clarity and focus on our work. The last time the district went through a strategic planning process was in 2018. We are partnering with an organization called TeamWorks International in a “classroom to boardroom” strategic planning process.

There will be four community sessions. The sessions will be facilitated by a TeamWorks consultant.
  • Event #1 at Ordean East Middle School Media Center on April 25 from 7-8:30 p.m.
  • Event #2 at Lincoln Park Middle School Media Center on April 27 from 7:30-9 p.m.
  • Event #3 at Denfeld High School Media Center on May 11 from 7-8:30 p.m.
  • Event #4 at Duluth East High School Media Center on May 12 from 7-8:30 p.m.

Your experience, insights, and input are greatly valued and while we know it is an incredibly busy time, this work is important as it will guide the direction of the district over the next 3 years and beyond.
