Melibran Farms - Transportation Form
Please use this form to record information that will enable us to assist with your transportation needs.  We can deliver to locations within the following U.S. States:  Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.

If transportation by Melibran Farms is desired, we charge for the estimated fuel needed to deliver the animals to your location and an additional 40% fee (40% of the fuel charge) to help cover lodging and food while on the road.  If you have any questions, contact Kristi Kistner at 541-435-4320 or melibranfarms@gmail.com.  Thank you!

Important Note on Privacy:  The information collected in this form will only be used by Melibran Farms LLC in relation to the auction from June 11 - 18, 2020.  The form in it's entirety will be deleted after all purchases related to this auction have been completed.  No information submitted in this form will be sent to any third party.
