Some of the applications used are web-based such as, but not limited to, Youtube, IXL, Freckle, and Zearn. In addition, our web-based learning may be operated by a third party, such as Zoom. For our students to use these programs and services, certain personal identifying information such as names, usernames, and/or email addresses may be provided to the web site operators.

Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), these websites and Father John V. Doyle School must provide parental notification for children under the age of 13. For more information on COPPA, please visit the FTC website - www.FTC.gov. The law permits schools like Father John V.
