All students must be dropped off and picked up inside the Atlanta Domestic Airport by a known adult (Drop-off is in the central atrium between north and south terminals; pick up is in Baggage Claim South). If someone other than the student's parent/legal guardian will be dropping off or picking up your student, please complete this authorization form on or before April 23rd, 2024.
*If you need to change the person dropping off or picking up your student after you initially submit this form, please resubmit this form with the updated information.
*Any last minute changes the day before or morning of travel, should be communicated directly to your student's chaperone via text. In addition, please complete this form so we have a record of your authorization.
