The BPIA Members Annual Meeting is held once a year to inform the BPIA general body membership of relevant developments of the organization including financial updates, membership, organization strategy, and more. The new board members for the following year are also announced (more information forthcoming) This meeting open to BPIA members only.

BPIA Bylaws:)
5a) An annual meeting of the members of the corporation shall be held during the month of October, or as soon thereafter as practical, at a time and location selected by the Board of Directors for the purpose of electing Directors and transacting any other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Section 3. Number, Tenure and Composition. Between January to December the Board of Directors shall consist of up to thirteen (13) persons - eight officers of the Corporation as stated in Article IV and up to five (5) At-Large Members. The number of Board members may be increased by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. The term of office for Board members shall be for a duration of two (2) years and commence on January 1 following election. At least half the Board members shall be elected, and the new board presented at the annual meeting.
