EUR59 - od 1.12.2021 do 28.2.2022 (from DEC 1, 2021 until FEB 28, 2022)
EUR69 - od 1.3. 2022 do 31.3. 2022 (from FEB 28 until MAR 31, 2022)

Ak záujem prekročí maximálny počet účastníkov bude vytvorený waiting list. (In case of interest larger than maximum capcity, waiting list will be created)

Registrácia je platná až po zaplatení registračného poplatku. Registračný poplatok nie je refundovateľný, ale je možné registráciu previesť na iného účastníka. V prípade existencie waiting listu, budú prípadné uvoľnené registrácie prioritne ponúknuté čakateľom na waiting liste.

V prípade, že neočakávané okolnosti nedovolia zorganizovať akciu v plánovanom termíne (áno, myslíme tým najmä Covid komplikácie) akcia bude presunutá na iný termín. Tí účastníci, ktorí sa nebudú môcť v novom termíne zúčastniť, budú mať možnosť presunúť si registráciu na ďalšiu edíciu alebo požiadať o refundáciu štartovného (v plnej výške, ak sa akcia posunie do 5.4.2022 (vrátane), 70% ak sa tak stane po 5.4.2022. V tejto dobe nie je možné predpovedať, aké budú požiadavky na účasť na hromadných podujatiach v apríli 2022. Splnenie všetkých poźiadaviek, ktoré budú úrady vyžadovať je zodpovednosťou každého účastníka. Ich nesplnenie a následná nemoźnosť zúčastniť sa pretekov nie je dôvodom na refundáciu štartovného. (If due to unforeseen circumstances the event can’t go ahead at the planned date (yes, we mean the mean Covid…) it will be rescheduled. Participants who will be unable to take part in the rescheduled event will have the option to move their registration to the next edition or get a refund (full if the postponement happens on or before April 5, 2022 or 70% if it happens after April 5, 2022). At this time it is impossible to foresee what the requirements to participate in events will be in April 2022. Compliance with with all the requirements by authorities is responsibility of each participant. Not being able to participate due to non-compliance with the requirements at the time of the event does not make one eligible for the entry fee refund.) *

Týmto prehlasujem, že som si vedomý/vedomá rizík spojených s účasťou na podujatí Big Bear's Backyard Ultra (ďalej len „podujatie“). Som si vedomý/vedomá skúseností, ktoré sú potrebné na účasť na podujatí, a súhlasím a potvrdzujem, že spĺňam tieto požiadavky. Chápem, že udalosť bude fyzicky namáhavá a môže viesť k úplnému vyčerpaniu. Beriem na seba všetky riziká súvisiace s akýmkoľvek zranením alebo stratou alebo poškodením, ktoré by som mohol/mohla utrpieť pred, počas alebo po podujatí. Rozumiem tiež tomu, že liečba zranenia si môže vyžiadať lekársku pomoc a potvrdzujem, že napriek tomu chcem pokračovať v podujatí s plným vedomím tejto skutočnosti. Budem konať podľa všetkých primeraných pokynov uvedených organizátormi. Rozumiem a súhlasím s tým, že organizátori ani sponzori podujatia (a ich príslušní reprezentanti, zamestnanci, alebo dobrovoľníci) nemôžu niesť zodpovednosť za akékoľvek zranenie, stratu alebo poškodenie mňa alebo mojej rodiny, ku ktorým môže dôjsť v dôsledku mojej účasti na podujatí,  (I hereby affirm that I am aware of the risks involved in taking part in Big Bear's Backyard Ultra (hereafter known as the event). I am aware of the experience necessary to participate in the event and I agree and confirm that I meet these requirements. I understand that the event will be physically strenuous and may lead to total exhaustion. I assume all risks in connection with any injury or loss or damage which I may suffer, before, during or after the event.
