Ladies Tryouts -
We’re thrilled to bring our award-winning Advanced Garba team, Advanced Folk Team and talented non-competition Bollywood teams back for the Indiafest 2023 competition and we’re looking for new dancers to join our team! No specific dance experience necessary.

When - August 27th, 2023
Garba - 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Lavani - 8:00 - 8:45 pm
Bollywood - 8:45 - 9:30 pm
Where - Spinning Canvas Studio , 4640 North Florida Ave. Tampa, FL 33603
The participants must stay the entire time of the scheduled tryout of that dance form. Participants can attend one, two or all three sessions of the tryout.
- Participants will learn a routine on the spot and perform it in small groups.
- The tryouts will be more enjoyable with a flared skirt for Garba but not mandatory
- Please arrive 10 mins early so we can begin on time. Bring a bottle of water and a big smile! :)
- If you haven't already, after signing up for the tryouts, you must register to participate in our Indiafest teams by CLICKING HERE!
Terms and Conditions:
I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for as self/guardian for the aforementioned student and any or all injuries/ill-health that may be incurred during the scheduled period of time in which the student is enrolled. Spinning Canvas, LLC and agents associated with the company, including but not limited to, the dance studio and related parties, the choreographer and related parties, and instructors may not be held legally liable for an injury/sickness that may occur to the student during the time period that the student is partaking in the above said activity.
Photos and videos may be taken during classes or any performances and will be solely used for promotional and marketing purposes of Spinning Canvas, LLC.
