Exhibition Sponsor Form
The Shaker Historical Society hosts 3-6 exhibitions per year. Some of these are entirely researched, curated, and installed by SHS staff and others are collaborations with local artists and/or individuals working toward a vibrant future. We aim to provide impactful exhibitions that connect visitors to local history and our community through effective research, storytelling, and visual appeal.

Exhibitions are central to our mission but can be expensive and time consuming. Your sponsorship of an exhibit at the Shaker Historical Society helps us:
  • Cover the cost of printing (e.g. signage, labels, archival reproductions)
  • Purchase exhibit supplies (e.g. hanging supplies, display stands)
  • Hire additional help with wall preparation (e.g. patching/painting), object handling, and exhibit installation
If you are interested in sponsoring an exhibition, please complete this form. An SHS employee will contact you if an upcoming exhibit is a good match with your sponsorship interests. Exhibit sponsorship is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. All sponsors are acknowledged in the physical and/or digital exhibit and in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media and newsletters.
