This form should be used to request a room and/or food and beverage and audiovisual services for an AMS Committee/Board Meeting or Internal Meeting at the AMS 104th Annual Meeting in Baltimore, MD 28 January to 1 February 2024. All Internal Side meetings will be taking place at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Please note that rooms are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

**When requesting a time, please consider all options (before sessions start, the lunch break, and after sessions). Spaces are available Saturday, 27 January - Thursday, 1 February.
