Welcome, nice to see you are interested to try out boxing!

We offer these trainings for everyone interested in the boxing association ESBV Buitenwesten.
Below you can fill in your contact details and sign-up for one of the open trainings. The first few weeks all trainings will be given at beginners level. After that, trainings will be given at either beginners or advanced level. Advanced training is not recommended unless you have some previous experience in boxing or martial arts.

Location: Sport Centre SC5 (in case of good weather it may be outside, you will get an e-mail from us!)
Costs: free
Equipment: provided by us, just bring sport clothing and clean shoes and if you want a towel.
